For being strictly a pet center, this place is definitely very expensive, but they do have a massive selection of pet products. It is a store that is good for small pick ups, not a full grocery cart. If you need an item, and it is not in stock, they will order it. You have 24 hours on hold. Benson's called when my order came in, and I immediately went back for pick up that was ready when I arrived. Excellent customer service that went beyond the norm. Impressive.

I purchased a total of seven fish over a two week period, six guppies and one albino Corey catfish. I added the fish to a ten gallon planted tank that was fully cycled with only a pair of guppies and two cheery shrimp. Over a ten day period all of the fish from Benson's died. The Corey catfish just disappeared overnight, and rhe guppies developed pinched tails and wabbly swimming. I tested my water perrrameters and found everything to be fine. The guppies I already had are very healthy and have had babies and the cherry shrimp are fine. The staff were great, ask me about my tank and how long the tank has been set up before I purchase the fish. I would definitely purchase from Benson's again I'm not sure what happened Benson's have died in the tank.

I went in to my local Benson's Pet Center feeling hopeless. 2 weeks ago my little dog stopped eating his food. I thought it was his new medicine. I took him to the vet he said try anti nausea meds. So I did that didn't work. Then I was getting ready to give him a script I got for an appetite stimulant. He was out of food. I went in to buy more. I decided to ask the staff there if they could help me find a different food for him that had to be small bites, the lowest sodium possible ( my baby has heart disease), and I needed to be able to afford it. After an hour we found what we thought was the impossible. It met all the requirements on my list it even had less sodium than my current food. Then I got home and the real test was seeing if he liked it. I decided to make this change in case it wasn't medical. Maybe he just got sick of his food. So I put a tiny bit of his current food in one hand and the same amount of the new food in my other hand. He sniffed the current food and then the new food. He tasted the new food and gobbled it up so fast. He needed to eat and I have to wet his food because he's missing a couple of teeth. So I put a little of the new food in with his current we

Great pet supplies shop! Has a good range of dog food, toys, and treats and the prices are pretty great. Its always clean and the employees are nice as well! They have a grooming facility but I can't say much about as I havent had any grooming done. The tech looked competent and the pup being worked on looked content and cared for. Having an alternative to petsmart is fantastic and I can honestly say Benson's is my go to store now.

10000/10 service. We love it here. Lexi helped us find the perfect pair of snow booties for this silly little girl. They have the most gorgeous bougie doggie winter coats too which we admired but didn’t buy. Great selection or everything for pets and high quality, health focused.
